This website has no accounts, no logins, no forms and no uploads, so there is no personal data to hold. The pages are static files: Gleamite takes no photo, no email address and no payment anywhere on this site, because there is nothing here built to receive them.

No uploads and no accounts

Nothing on this website accepts a photo, and nothing asks you to register. The charts and guides are reading material: the identification methods are printed as text and tables, and the tests they describe happen in your hands rather than on a server. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind but an ordinary request for a file.

What stays on your device

Almost everything, because almost nothing is sent. These pages hold no session and submit no forms. The single thing kept between visits is your light or dark theme choice, stored in the browser’s own local storage and readable only by this site.

What we can see

This site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, which is cookieless and records page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites, which is why there is no consent banner here.

Third parties

No advertising network, no social widgets, no embedded video and no external fonts. The site uses the typefaces already installed on your device, so no request goes to a font host. Files are served from Cloudflare Pages, which processes request data as a hosting provider.

Children and contact

The site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, so it holds no children’s data. If you have a question about this page, or believe something on the site contradicts it, write to [email protected].
